Battlemap generator for tabletop encounters
Draw a grid battlemap for the encounter you are about to run. Free, in the browser, shareable with a link.
What the battlemap generator does
Pick a map type: cave, forest, dungeon, home or tavern. A map draws itself on squared parchment. Type a seed or roll a random one, set the size in grid cells, and tune the knobs the type offers: complexity, entrances, rooms, houses and the items scattered on the map.
Drag to pan and zoom with the wheel or a pinch. Slide the paper tint to repaint the parchment and toggle the grid.
Export the map as a PNG whenever it looks right. The export ignores where you have panned and zoomed.
Copy link puts the full recipe in the URL, so anyone opening it sees the identical map.
