Storyboard for campaign story beats
Lay out a campaign's story beats on boards, branch the paths, and describe every beat. Free, in the browser, saved on your own device.
What the storyboard does
Every story beat is a card on a large parchment board. Drag cards wherever they belong, pull a connection from a card's edge to branch the story, and the flow rule keeps every chain reading left to right. Scroll or pinch on the board to zoom in and out.
Tick a beat off when it has happened in play and it fades back. Mark the beats your party is at right now and they light up. Click a card to write down what happens in that beat, or click its title to rename it right on the card.
Any card can hold a whole board of its own. Double-click it to zoom into that part of the story, as deep as the campaign goes.
Boards are saved in your browser automatically. Nothing leaves your device. To keep a backup or move a board to another device, export it to a JSON file and import that file there.
